A product comment can mean several things: an observation about the item, a question about how to use it, or a request concerning an order. Making that distinction at the start helps the business understand what kind of response you need.
Identify the item
Write the product name and size as shown on the packaging or order record. If you are referring to a particular delivery, have the order reference available for a private support conversation. You do not need to put personal details or an order number in a public review or social post.
Describe what you observed
Use concrete language and separate observations from preferences. “I would like more information about storage after opening” asks for a specific answer. “I prefer a smaller bottle” describes a preference. Both are useful without suggesting that the company has promised something it has not.
For food products, use the company’s current label and product information for ingredient and storage questions. If the information you need is unclear, ask the company before using the product. This worksheet does not determine whether a food is suitable for a particular person.
Say what would help
End with one clear request. You might need a link to the current product details, help finding the correct support channel, or clarification of a stated instruction. For an existing order, describe the issue through the store’s own support route and keep a copy of the reply.
